Captive World Company do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Original shipping charges for orders are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
Damaged or incorrectly shipped items need to be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange on washed or worn items.
NO Exchanges
All sales are final, and no exchanges will be allowed.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Your order is automatically canceled if Shopify flags your order as High-Risk.
