Domestic Shipping:
Typical delivery times within the United States after fulfillment: 3 to 5 business days. Please note that there may be factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or adverse weather conditions, which could result in shipping delays. While we strive for timely deliveries, there may be unforeseen circumstances that affect our shipping partners. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee precise delivery dates, as the final delivery schedule is the responsibility of the shipping company. Once shipped, please use the tracking number to track shipping time.

International Shipping: (if availiable)
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, international orders can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. Captive World Company has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.
Captive World Company ships worldwide using DHL Express and ships to Japan, Russia, Taiwan, and Israel using USPS Mail International. International shipping is a $30.00 USD flat shipping rate, unless otherwise stated on the product or website.
